    Selling one of my long time favorites. My loss your gain. There is no way to lose on this domain for development, parking, or future investment.

    2. It's memorable and works well with tld .net
    3. It's a dictionary word
    4. It has multiple meanings in multiple languages
    5. It's rare, not many 4 letter meaningful .net's go on sale daily
    6. A real generic, no made up terms here
    7. Registered until the year 2011 at Snapnames

    Boot - to mean boot a computer, reboot, boot up, etc... In my opinion a great use for the .net version using the original intent of .net TLD.

    Boot - The most popular use of course is in fashion as in footwear/boot(s) etc... The .com version is a boot website.

    How about Boot camp? Too many unique uses to mention. I'm sure you'll think of your own.

    Traffic is light but I do earn some money with the domain don't miss Das Boot, this is a true generic. For the sake of sale I will not be selling based on traffic multiples. Refer to the term generic for my reason.
