The right to ask them to remove it? I've never heard of any personal websites getting in trouble for ripping content. They have to be notified that they are violating a copyright, then if its not removed they can get in trouble I believe, but who is going to spend thousands on a lawyer and sue a personal website for a settlement smaller then the lawyer fees (which you wont get out of a suit). Not to mention if you sue someone you've got to fly to THEIR local courtroom for the duration of the case, which will probably be across the country. Basically if someone rips your content you can either ask nicely or threaten them with a letter from your lawyer. 99.99% of people will remove it once they get caught.
If you have an official copyright registered with the US CO, you can sue for "copyright infringement". I am sure you are aware that a copyright only applies to an item and not your whole site/business. For example, an article. It is best to contact an IP lawyer.
