theres an affiliate program giving me money to get people to order a free trial from the company.

is it scamming if i say first 10 people will get $4,000 dollars for testing this free trial?

i mean they can't expect to be the first 10?

    so is that scamming?

    thanks for your time.

It is definitely misleading. It is also incentivizing an offer, which is likely against the terms and conditions of that program.

Not only that but why would you want to put your reputation on the line like that. If you are in this business for the long haul, then keep your slate clean.

Rather than making false claims and duping people into accepting your crazy offer, why not part with a share of your revenue from this program and distribute the same amongst the people who take up your offer.
Hopefully, some people will actually become a paid client of the company and everybody would benefit in the process! :)

I agree with rightman, you'd be lieing to people plsu making $4k just for signing up on something is a bit unbelievable..... I don't know what people would find harder to believe.... that you got the first ten people already or that you get $4k for signing up.
