    Hello,
I have a website with adsense on it.
I usually have very low CPC (~3cents/click).
    That's why I'm tented to believe that I'm smart-priced.
But, sometimes I have CPC of 60-90 cents/click (there are 2 or 3 such clicks on a single day).
My question is...is there a possibility to be smart priced and still to have some clicks of 60-90 cents?

Yes. You might get a good paying ad every now and then and have smart priced ads the rest of the time. Check sites advertising on your site. Look at url of ad and go to site if they have adsense ads or clickbank or are search engine filter them out.
