I have build a website today. As it is one hour old it can not be found typing its url in google search. So when I will submit it to CJ? Do the site have to get several clicks before approve by CJ?

Yes, I accepted by cj. But i have a question. Suppose I am attached a link por a discount deal from cj to my site. The resulting page would be a page containing several products on all of which those discounts are valid. but when my visitor will choose to buy a single product clicking on a single item will cj track the sell what will happen if my visitor goes to a different category and buys there? will I still get commission?
