i don't know if it is suspended forever but main reason for this could be websites promotion.
they ban members if they found them promoting website again and again

If you were spamming links on yahoo answers, or someone could have just reported you for no reason, Yahoo isn't going to take any chances, they will suspend your account immediately.

Unfortunately I suggest you just forget about it and start a new account. Once suspended they give no chances!

Ya, the same happened to me. They suspended my Yahoo-Answers Account without showing me any reason, and now they says that once an account is suspended they can't activate it again.

They can activate it again, and will on very special circumstances. However they won't, and don't, so no point in chasing it. I had an level 6 account banned because someone said one of my websites had a virus and had several people flag it. Sucks, some people are just assholes. Ya gotta live with it. Just Learn from your mistakes, and take more precautions next time.

I don't wanna sound rude, but judging from the OP - you don't seem to speak English well. That could be considered as spam when you're on Y!A. Try paying someone to do it instead, I'm pretty sure you'll get satisfied!

You're really lucky. It is not allowed to post affiliate links on Y!A. You always get banned for that.

Its important not to step on other affiliates toes either. If some douche comes and posts an affiliate link, after I've posted mine, I report them IMMEDIATELY!

I have rules for this though. If you answer one of my questions, before I get a chance..no problem. If you post your aff link after I put mine in - Your account is done! I never post in a thread where someone has already posted their link either. Fair is fair.

Also make sure to answer other questions without posting your link. Having lots of best answers, and friends makes you look good. I try to post at least five no aff link posts to every ten aff link posts. This gives you some weight if you want to get reinstated. Also having your own landing page and not a redirect, or free cloaked link helps. Free cloaked links are fine if your testing a niche, but once you find something that sells, you should buy a domain for it. Again you can appeal a suspension if you can show the yahoo rep that your not sending someone to a place where they only have a choice to buy something (IE no content/usefull info).

I don't report anyone useless the answer is 100% spam.

I don't really care about if someone answers with affiliate links. I will click on a link if I find it useful. ( Most likely, it will not be an affiliate link )

The advice Hopeless4 suggested is quiet useful. ( Well, the 3rd paragraph , not really a fan of the 1st and 2nd paragraphs, )

You should just join to be a great member ( with lots of friends ) to answer questions and 50-75% of the time, you can slip in your links to get traffic from Yahoo Answers, ;)

Yahoo bans spam for life, no way to get unbanned.

Do they check the IP address to keep out a banned person from opening a new account?

They ban by IP and username, so yes they do check (especially for hardcore spammers).

My Level 4 account was banned, and then was restored in some 2 days. Contact customer care and tell them.

Yahoo caters for all languages. I don't see how not speaking perfect English even applies.

The "english section" of Y!A is the biggest one, and the one he's using. That's why he needs to be speaking English.

I can view the same questions/answers in any language, all that's needed is to add the extension of the language onto the URL.

Oh, okay. What about search engines, do they see it that way?

Let's say you answer a question in English, do you get your link posted in all other languages too? Let's say there's 10 languages. Do I get 10 backlinks?
