A Question About The Marketplace Section

This is an excerpt from the rules. I need a clarification.

I understand this rule prohibit any social click exchanges, like you stumble me, I will stumble you... but does this rule also prohibit selling of social bookmarking services for backlinking purposes? I see many are selling services like, "I will bookmark your websites in 25 places for $x". Some are reffering to this rule and claiming its not allowed, while others say only digg/stumble/etc. exchanges are disallowed.

Can a mod clarify?

 

I think the end of that sentance holds the answer, as selling bookmarks etc would be a service related to that type of site, i've a feeling the answer will be a no
