Some people think submit rss feed could improve their's sites,and i had do this ,but i have not see the effect.So i'm puzzle about it,does it have any effect?
Oh,i just though it could take me some backlinks and traffic,and i do not know whether it could take traffics to my site.
You can automate the submission using software like RSS Submit by Dummy Software, so it really does not take much time. It does increase a sites links back which in turn will help with ranking in search engines. It does bring some traffic but probably not a ton. Sometimes aggregators may search those types sites to find feeds to syndicate so if that is of interest that is an additional benefit.
