A question about RSS Feeds and Sitemaps

    I wonder if this is possible.

    I want to set up an rss feed to drop news articles into my wordpress site as posts. then I wold like to feed them to facebook and twitter as links. the user would click the link which would allow me to drop a pop-up or Pop-under advertisement before sending them on via redirect to the originally published article.

    Does this make any kind of sense. Basically I want to be able to display advertisements of my choice to viewers on their way to the articles they want to read.

    Was this the wrong place to ask? I've set up a feedwordpress for the first half of the equation. Now i need to figure out how to set the popup add and redirect.
