I'm new to proxy and need help clearing my doubt. Are those proxy site (used to unblock certain website) require proxy hosting? or any shared hosting plans are usable?

Alot of hosts do not allow Proxies due to the high demand of resources proxies use (bandwidth, CPU, RAM). So it is best to use a host that specializes in Proxies. A good shared host is Tech Entrance if your starting out. Check my sig.

Another point, when you buy hosting for proxies, make sure that the hosting allows the proxies to have a fast speed. This way, visitors will return and you can earn more money. Don't just buy the cheapest hosting you can find, or you will probably regret it :D
