I am live in hongkong,China.

some companies withdraw must be us-paypal,cant hongkong paypal. so I register a us paypal.but how can I activate this us paypal. I dont have any us bank account or credit card. I just want to know anyone is a proficient at
activate paypal. can you give me suggestion.thank you .

 

Don't even try to get US account if u r from Hong kong,your account will be limited when u login from your IP.

SO You see that it is not easy to get verified when you are not from us and don't have a usa bank account.

BUT

there is always another way to do it as you can use third party service to open a us bank account and it is not cheap and also time consuming.

I really don't understand the problem you are facing. A Hongkong Paypal account would allow you to withdraw to either a Hongkong Bank account or a US Bank account. Thus what you would need to do is to sign up for a hong kong bank account so that you can withdraw your money into.

You would probably need to get a credit card issued by a hong kong bank to get your account verified. This way, you do not need to lie about your application and perpetually trying to create new lies to cover old ones. It is really not worth it.

If you cannot be honest, how can you expect your customers to be honest to you or even to trust you ?

To get a US Paypal account, you will need a US Bank account, a US Address, Phone Number, SSN, US Credit Card and a US IP address. You will most likely need to have a US Driver's License and a Utility Bill when asked for. If you are not from the US, do not attempt to sign up for one because it is not a matter of whether you will be caught or not but rather when you would be caught. Once you get caught, you will not only lose the money but also your reputation and credibility as a honest human being.
