A question about payoneer mastercard please!!

    Hello,
    I ordered my payoneer mastercard(r) yesterday,
    I have not yet received the responce and I wish they will approve me,
    Anyhow, After receiving the credit card, I'll load it online using others credit cards ( that credit cards are not under my name )
    How will they verify for fraud ?
    I mean payoneer.com team how will they check if they are my own ??

    Payoneer would ask you to submit a scan of your photo ID ( Passport), the front and back of the credit card which you would be using to load your payoneer card and your Utility bill displaying your address.....

    He's asking for something like prepaid credit cards which u can send to other people n they can incash. This thing is also possible.

    Loading money from creditcards [ from wich come from ilegal activities ] its considered a fraud. Look at it this way. I get my card information [ from spaming or something ], you load your payoneer mastercard right ? I see the transfer, I anounce the pollice, they check where did the money go, check who registered the payoneer card, get a hold of you, i ask for my money back + moral money lol :D. So for you getting 1000$, u`ll end up paying me 1000$ + 10 000$ [ i aint cheap ] + a record with your local pollice.
    Check with google, prepaid card have been a sollution for spammers, but aprox all of them got caught .
    Maybe u`ll get lucky and the person who is charged wont claim the money back [ i know i would ]. Give it a thaught, why stealing when u can work ? [ silly me :eek: ]
