A question about Google Page Rank

A site I run called wellwtf.com has been online since September of 2006. For the first few months there was very little activity on the site. However, for the past 6 months or so there has been posts added almost daily. The Alexa rating for the site is around 160K, so I know it's getting at least SOME traffic. However, for some reason the site still has a google page-rank of zero.

A while back a buddy had shown me an online tool that did some calculations and predicted what the page rank would be for a site after google's next update. It had suggested a page rank of 4.3 or something close to that, but still I sit at a zero.

I should also mention that I have checked the page rank with and without www.

Anybody have any thoughts on why my site seems to have fallen in to the black hole of google updates?

    Thanks for your help!
