A question about google keywords tool.

    I just have a question about the google keywords tool.

    after you've typed in a search term, beside the 'keyword' is the 'competition' bar. Does the 'competition' refer to how many competitors there are for advertising that keyword, or does it refer to how many competitors there are for ranking high on that keyword's SERPs?
