A question about Free Job Posting Sites

I posted an ad on a popular job posting site. The site has a search engine where you can type in keywords to find jobs. What are the best keywords to put in my ad so that college grads (entry level) will find my ad?

Right now I put in "entry level" so now my ad shows up for that term. It even shows up at the top for "New York City" but not Chicago where it was pushed aside by "typing" or "home biz" ads.

    Another question:

Are free job advertising sites worth it? I see a lot of jobs on there that seem like scams "work at home" etc. However, obviously people look for jobs on this site because otherwise "work at home" advertizers wouldn't waste their time typing ads everyday.

I think the site gets a lot of job seekers because Alexa gives it between 500 and 60,000 visitors a day.

I'd like to use this site for leads until my site gets PR so I can do link exchanges. I figure I'll get around 200 people a day once I get the exchanges.

    What's your opinion?
