If we book a deleted domain again then google would treat it as new domain or as old one.

a new one! if a domain is re-regiestered after being dropped, it generally has its slate wiped clean

it totally discounts everything the domain currently has

if these backlinks are still there over the next months etc... as it crawls the net, then the page rank should return, but the chances are most links will be removed by owners of each site

Sounds to me it already deleted, if its not yet deleted see if you can buy it before it gets deleted/expire. Then the age/linkjuice won't go away. Contact the current owner via whois, check snapnames.com, namejet.com and other expiring domain auction houses.
