Hi, I found a PR5 edu blog and posted at least 10 comments this month, but now I can not find the backlinks in my site statistics page, why? Thank you!

Are you using Google webmaster to track your backlinks? Generally what shows up there is really miniscule compared to what you really have. Don't sweat it, Google still realizes its there but it may take a few months before it ever appears there. I would recommend that if you are really wanting to look at your backlinks that you check out backlinkwatch.com. It is the closest one to reality that I have found.

Ive noticed this too, they really should sort out the back-link updates in google tools aswell as others. Iv'e been using seoquake lately and have found that they are also lacking on updates.

Check in Yahoo site explorer, constantly updated each time a new link is found.

My backlinks fluctuate loads, baclinkwatch says i have over 800, pagerank checker says i have 1652 and alexa says i have 30, so really i just ignore it now, stopped wasting my time on it, now i concentrate on content

It takes time to be listed in google backlinks. Moreover there is a chance that blog 'll be no follow :|
