A query regarding ownership of my website

I have opened my own site for the first time in my life. It's hosted in India by Hostgator.

I plan to earn money through the following means:

    1. From the ads displayed.

    2. From paid consultation services

Now suppose I make a person named ABC the administrator of my site.

So as an administrator,he will manage my site, while I will continue to be the owner.

ABC will give paid consultations to people through my site,on the subject he is qualified and trained in.But all payments through ads and paid consultations will be sent to the Paypal & Moneybookers accounts of me,ie,Deepika.

    My queries:

    1. Will the people be able to trust sending money for consultation & advertisement on my Paypal & Moneybookers accounts?Beacuse my site will show ABC as administrator and also as the consultant?

I have usually seen that the site administrator is also the owner. Therefore I am asking this.

In other words,is this the right legal approach, that ABC,ie,the administrator gives advice but money is requested on Deepika's account?

    Please guide..

Firstly do check what legal services u wanna provide

If u wanna do it legally u need to register urself first may be a LLP will do

U need to disclose other income and those two Processors which u had mentioned require more of documentation stuff as money gets deposited in to bank account

secondly no advertiser is bothered regarding who is receiving Payment as such so u need not worry however for their protection sake do display u r payment processors on site for advertisers

When the people you are dealing with don't have personal experience with you to develop trust over a period of time, they are going to have to trust you (or not) based on some subtle signals that may indicate that you are trustworthy (or not).

For example: How professional does your site look? How long has the site existed? Where is the owner located?

I think the fact that the owner is not acting as the administrator would have little or no impact for most people dealing with your site, but since trust is a very personal thing, no two people are likely to weigh factors exactly the same.

This kind of scenario is very common as the control of the site does not rest in the hands of one person alone.

I administer (and write) a site used by many major corporations around the world. I don't own the site. No one cares. (No one knows who administers the site - the owning company's name is on it.)

Do you really care if Digital Point is administered by someone who works for a company named Digital Point, or if he's just some guy who knows a lot about administering sites? I sure don't. When I buy something I want to know what I'm buying and how good it is (if it doesn't come with a guarantee, as advice doesn't really), I don't care who owns the advertisement for it.
