A public internet booth

So is it basically a switch you are after? There must be some kind of hardware device you can buy that would do this for you.

i think you better build an internet cafe just like what I did here in the Philippines. Then install timers on each computer.

 

TFMG - you'll probably find that the company can give you some support on communication - they probably provide drivers, too.
