A problem with the Google Adsense PPC Program

Last year I had a blog , which showed the Google Adsense ads.
The user was blocked in a complaint that me and some other pepole clicked on the ads few times each.
It was not the situation , so I sent some emails to the support department,
and I even called them , but they said I won't get my money.

Last week I tried to open an other account from a different email , and after 5 days I got a message from Google that says I'll never be able to have another account . I sent some emails again , but it didn't help too.
It's really not fear, I've never cheated them.

What can I do ?

I'm not sure, keep trying to contact them, but I'm afraid probably even that won't help.

 

set up an account under your moms name. Where there is a will there is a way.

 

I've tried to sign up under my moms name ,but I guess they blacklisted my adress
