I don't know where else to read this. I have posted this story on my forums as well. Someone's life is in ruins. She needs help. I have also posted this story on my own forums. Please, read! I don't have much money in m PayPal, but can any other of you help ?? (She did not ask me to post this, I take all responsibility)

I have always tried to be fair and honest. I need your help. Please take the time to read this.

I am going through a divorce of a 12 year marriage, because my soon to be X was charged with sexual conduct of our 14yr old daughter (his step daughter).

He went to court, and the jury found him innocent, even though he failed a polygraph test, and in his taped interview with the police he states that he did touch his step daughters breast on more than one occasion while wrestling with her.

On Oct. 24th 2007 when I got home from work, my husband wanted to talk to me, we had to go for a car ride for this talk, I was like huh?! but went for the ride. He told me during the day that day the police were in our house and that our daughter was saying he has been touching her in places he shouldnt be, been holding her to long, been looking at her in a perverted way, been walking around the house in the morning while I was still sleeping in nothing but his robe while letting his penis hang out.

The police went through our whole house, they took my computer, because our daughter said he would look at porn and try to get her to look with him, they asked him about a cell phone that took pictures, our daughter told the police that he had naked pictures of himself on this phone and would give the phone to her and allow her to view these photos. He told the police he had a cell phone but it didnt take pictures, they found his cell phone that does take pictures in the basement of our house, and it did in fact have naked pictures of him on it (also of me while I was asleep).

He had papers from the police and a detectives name and number of who I was to call when I got home. He also told me that social services had our daughter, and would not tell him where she was, just that she was being protected.

I was in shock. I got about 3 blocks away from my house as he was telling me all this and had to pull off the road. I than turned around and drove back to my house. I called the detective, and he confirmed this story, and wanted me to come to our local police department in the morning.

I didnt sleep too well that night. In the morning I went and talked to the detective, and he again went over what was going on, and how they were investigating my husband for sexual misconduct of a minor child. They informed me that they could not at this time provide me with the where-abouts of my daughter. and gave me the name and number of a person with social services to contact.

I left the police department feeling like I had just been punched in the stomach. I drove around crying for almost an hour. I than went home, and my husband was there waiting for me, he started going over everything that our daughter could passably misconstrue as being wrong, and it made me sicker, he told me of a incident that had happened a few days before this, where he was in the bathroom just out of the shower and was shaving his face. He was standing in front of the mirror naked, and my daughter opened the door on him, he said he freaked out and yelled at her to close the door. She stayed down in that area of the house just outside the door and was wanting to use the computer, she was in the hallway begging to go online. My husband than proceeded to come out of the bathroom in just a towel, and told her no, mom has things running on it, you will have to wait till she gets home from work. She apparently wasnt taking no for an answer.

They started to get into a wrestling match over this and ended up falling on to my bed, and his towel fell off. I was getting more and more sick at this point of his explanation. Who starts wrestling around with a 14 year old while waring nothing but a towel?!

I told him he had to leave. I have to call social services and the things he was telling me, was making me sick, and my son was going to be home from school soon, and there was no way I could sit here and listen to this any longer, I could not even see straight.

I called the worker on our case, and set up a time to meet with her. I also at that time called my boss (some of you may know that I was a school bus driver) and told him I could not drive. I told him I am not sick, I just can not drive. He was very supportive for not knowing what was going on, and allowing me to take time off, as much time as I needed (I guess he could hear it in my voice, my stress).

To try to make this story shorter, I will skip ahead some, in the middle of Nov. 07 I found out that the house we were living in, was a rental, and to continue to live in it, I had to come up with $2000 by Friday or we would be served with eviction papers, my parents gave me $3500 for that house so me and my kids didnt have to move out before Thanksgiving/Christmas. (by the way social services kept my daughter from me for 7 days, she was taken on Oct 24th and returned to me on Oct. 30th after I proved to them that I would protect her and keep my husband out of the house and get a restraining order against him)

In Dec. 07 I had an estate sale to try to get some money for me and my kids, the day before the sale I was served with papers saying I had to stop the sale and divorce papers. In the papers about the sale it stated that if I was doing it to pay for attorney fees, or for rent, food, things for living for me and/or my children, I was fully with in my rights to do so. So I had the sale.

I didnt make a lot of money, but what I did make helped. The day after Christmas I moved me and my children into my parents house. All during the months of Nov and Dec was clean up time. The garage we had was a two car over stuffed garage, and my husband used it as a throw all. You can see some pictures of it here:

My husband is a painter, and he had so much junk in that garage it was crazy, I was never able to park my car in it, until we cleaned it out. I had a huge garbage bill with the 60+ bags of garbage taken out of not only the garage but the house too.

So ok, we move in with my parents, I get a job closer to where we lived, (as a bus driver) in Dec. and in Feb. I get a DWI. So there goes my career.

My fault completely and I take full responsibility for that. I have never had a DWI before, and not only did I get a DWI, I had found some cocaine in our house back in Dec. for some stupid reason I had kept it in my purse. So I got felony possession charges on top of my DWI.

I took a baseline UA before being released from jail, and it showed no cocaine in my system. I have been doing random UAs ever sense. Nothing in my system. My first appearance for these charges I plead no contest to the possession charges on my lawyers advise. Which means I was charged but not convected and after my probation period these charges will be removed from my record.

In July I went to my sentencing hearing. I got 2 years probation for the DWI, and 5 years for the drugs. ok now I need to back up a little.

In Feb. my husband and I had our first hearing for the divorce. The judge gave me full custody of our son, court ordered my husband to pay child support, and $950 in lawyer fees, do a parenting class by April 1st and supply discovery. (discovery is a 20+ page document where he has to show prof of who he works for, his pension, his 401k, his insurance medical, dental, car etc. his bank account/s, any side jobs, the list goes on and on).

That hearing was on Feb. 6th, I got my DWI on Feb 24th.

Ok, also at that hearing, the judge allowed normal parenting time for my husband, even though there was an order of protection in place for both my kids. Back in Dec. my husband violated that order by going into our house with out the police, he was arrested for doing this and spent the night in jail. On his release the judge he saw amended my order of protection to allow him in the house, but to have no contact with our children.

The same day we were in court for our divorce, he had a court time for the violation of the order. I also had to be there. So ok he just got normal parenting time with our son from one judge and was off to his violation hearing to inform the other judge of this and get the no contact order removed. Well that second judge was not going to remove the other judges order, so he plead not guilty to get another hearing on that violation matter.

He went to three different judges to get the no contact order removed and finally did get it removed on April 23rd and was than allowed to see his son. Every other weekend and every Wed.

Our son was 9yrs old at the time all this started, and let me tell you, some of the hardest things I have had to do during all of this was talk to my 9yr old son on why his daddy couldnt come home, and what he had done to his sister.

Of course my son was lost and confused and didnt want to believe what I was telling him. He loved his father, and wanted to see him, but he couldnt and I couldnt just allow him to anyways. It was hell. (it still is by the way)

so ok, my husband starts seeing his son, and every time my son would come home with an attitude. He was mean and said his sister was a lying bitch and so was I.

In June 08 right before fathers day weekend, my son tells me that he wants to stay with dad from this Wed to next Wed. He also says that dad says he can live with him and see me anytime he wants, so why cant he see his dad anytime he wants. So I say to my son, how about I allow you to see him from this Wed to Sunday. thats a long time. My son agrees to this and is happy.

So on Fathers day I talk to my son at his fathers house and he asks me if he can please stay till Wed he wants to go golfing with dad and his company. I did not want to agree with this, but I also want to keep my son happy right~ so I say ok, let me talk to your dad.

He gets on the phone we talk about this and I say ok. He than goes into how bad hes going to bury me in court costs, and that everything I do to him will come back on me 10fold, and the storms coming and crap like that. The call turned into a very ugly verbal back and forth fight.

I hung up on him, he called back and left me a voice mail about how hes going to just ruin me.

I go to my parents house (its fathers day) to give my dad his fathers day gift and just hang out for awhile. My brother was there, and my neighbor went with me. We walked over with our dogs.

I made the mistake of telling my dad what my husband had said to me just a few hours before, and it got my dad upset. My neighbor and I left and walked back to our houses. A little while after I had gotten home, my father calls me and lets me know that he called my husband, and that it didnt go so well, and that he might be calling me to yell at me. I was like great.

anyways, I didnt hear anything from my husband and the next day, I called to check in on my son, my son started yelling at me about my dad, and saying my dad was threatening his dads life, I told my son I have no idea what he was talking about, I knew that grandpa called your dad, but didnt know anything more than that it wasnt a great conversation. My son started screaming at me that I was lying, I had to know.

I again told my son that I was at home, and grandpa was at his house and I didnt hear the phone call, so no I did not know any of this, my son did not believe me, he called me names and hung up on me a few times. I said thats it. I got ahold of his father (my husband) and told him that Cole (our son) was to be brought home that night. Monday. I didnt like his attitude and he needed to come home.

My husband said he would be able to get him home by 7pm that night. He wasnt happy about it, but he had to bring him home.

So during the day that day my son called me a number of times, I had to leave the house to pick up my daughter and when I got back I had a message from my son saying he was sorry. and to please let him stay till Wed.

When I did finally get a hold of my son again on the phone, I explained to him that I understand his out burst, and except his apologies, but he still needed to come home. I had forgotten about his counseling appointment the next day. And I informed him of that, and I told him that grandpa would also like to talk to him.

He told me I was wrong about the counseling appointment that it was on Wed. and he started crying. I informed him, that no in fact he was wrong, his appointment was on Tue and that we needed to talk about some things.

he hung up on me. about 10 minutes later my husband calls, I was in the bathroom and so he got my voice mail. He left me a message saying that our son was crying and apparently I told him that my dad was going to straighten him out when he got home, (which is such a lie, all I said was that grandpa would like to talk to him. My father was not at my house, and would never do anything to harm my son)but anyway...

my husband continued on to say that if that was the case he wasnt bringing my son home, my father was no way going to be used as a punisher to our son, and he was going to call his attorney and find out how to handle this, he also said he was down the road waiting for my phone call on if in fact my dad was going to be straighting my son out. and to call him.

So of course I called him back, and he didnt answer. I left him two voice mails, and told him that is not what I said. and to bring my son home. at this time it was about 6:50pm

by 7:15pm I called the local police. An officer came to my house to take a report. As I was explaining what had happened the phone rings, and it is a different county police officer. (my husband got a friend to give him his house in a different county than where I had moved)

(by the way me and my kids lived with my parents for five months, also during that time I got a job at a hotel as a front desk night audit manager, I was working the third shift 11-7am Tue-Sat)

So ok my county police and his county police talk for a few minutes, and the officer at my house explains to me that theres really nothing he can do at this time, he sees no reason for my son not to be brought home, but I needed to talk to my lawyer. This was a civil matter not criminal.

OMG So the next day I talk to my lawyer, she tells me to go to his county police and ask for them to assist me in getting my son. So my mother and I did just that.

His police went to his house with me and my mom. This deputy talked to my son, and my son told him he wanted to stay with his dad, and that he was scared to come home. I had papers stating that I have full custody of my son and I want him brought out of that house and brought to me so I can bring him home. The deputy was not able to do this, he said it seems like the living conditions were fine and my son seemed fine and in no danger, also that this was a civil matter, I should talk to my lawyer. OMG!!

So we leave. Shocked and in dis belief that this deputy is not abiding my this judges order giving me full custody and helping me get my son back.

I talked to two other deputies in that county and my lawyer, we filed an emergency hearing papers to get before a judge and so did my husband. The judge throw out both our motions and just said we will see you both on July 17th.

That was our next hearing date. I was not able to talk to my son that hole time. I called him almost everyday, yet never got a hold of him, and I also fired my lawyer during this time frame.

We hired a new lawyer, and he filed for contempt of court 6 days before our hearing date.

In our hearing, my husband stated that he was guilty of not bringing my son home, but because he felt it was in the best interest of my son, because of my fathers threats. His lawyer also told the judge about my DWI and drug charges and claimed I must have been on cocaine during our last hearing in Feb. OMG!!!!

My lawyer informed the judge that NO I was not on cocaine, and have UAs to prove this.

She didnt care, she dismissed the contempt of court charges saying that we didnt serve them to my husband in a timely manner (even though him and his attorney had no problem with how much time was given to them on that charge) she granted my husband full custody and me joint physical and will only allow me to see my son in a public area twice a week on what me and my husband can agree on! OMG and that my son shall not have any contact with my parents.

(I forgot to mention right before this hearing my husband filed a harassment restraining order against my parents in his county) .

So for the last month now I have only been able to see my son in a public place, I can not bring him home. My parents appealed the harassment order, and we went to court on that last Wed with about 10 people there for support for them, also with about 60 affidavits from friends and family about what kind of wonderful loving caring people they are.

just to find out that that hearing on last Wed was only to set up a new hearing!!!

So we had another hearing yesterday, and got the harassment order removed from my mothers name, but they werent that easy on my father, my husband felt it was needed for my son to take the stand!! and my dad being the person he is, agreed to their demands to go to counseling and take what ever the counselor recommends for him, so my son didnt have to be put through cross examination.

He did not plead guilty, he just bowed down so my son didnt have to be put through a trial.

I am appealing our recent order from our divorce hearing on July 17th, and waiting for the next hearing date.

I lost my job back at the end of June because I couldnt take the third shift hours any more, it was a mutual desision to leave/quit/get let go.

My boss understood why I couldnt keep doing those hours. and agreed to be a good reference for me for my next job. I have been trying to find a job like crazy. and at the same time trying to see my son, taking care of my daughter, and talking with lawyers, police, detectives, counselors, evaluators, guardian at litem, setting up interviews, filling out applications, posting my resume online, and pay the bills!

I am broke. Beat up. Stressed out to the max. I dont sleep much, I am gaining weight but not eating much. and I have to figure out a way to get some money in my bank account.

This is why I am reaching out to you guys/gals

Between my old house, and now my new house, the lawyers and professionals and court costs, my parents have spent close to 24,000.000 so far. I have lost over 3600.00 due to back taxes because my husband stopped doing the taxes in 04 because he didnt report earnings in 03 so he got audited and just ignored it.

I have a house payment, car insurance, electric bill, phone bill, internet bill all due now. Plus I am on assistance but am not receiving cash only medical/dental insurance for me and my kids, and just got some food stamp money this month.

Ill be honest, I can't be bothered to read all of this.

But from what I have read it looks like you want people to give you money. The main reason is that people wont belive your story. And even if they do, they wont give you money.

Its a harsh world buddy, nobody gives money away to people they dont know unfortunatly. Best of luck to you though.

Mate it's not for me. And yes I'm sorry if you can't be bothered to read it.

I wouldn't sink so low as to make up a 20,000 character story and then ask for money.

Nor do I own 5 domain names. I thought others would be interested in helping. If it is not, I'm sorry that I ever even posted this. What happened to a little good in the world?

assuming this is true and not attempt to scam people, have you asked this person if they're ok with theire personal details being spammed across the internet?
Where was this origanally posted? (it's not on their yuwie - a blog there mentions somthing similar & names those sites but makes no request for money, and googles only resualt is this thread)
do you know this person or did you just see this online somewhere?

First of all, you can't be bothered to read but you feel you must come in here and comment. Grow up.

Second, I've seen people given 10, 20, 50k online during emergencies or odd situations. This was when webmaster communities were communities and not some crazy collection of $2 an hour wannabes.

Anyhow, why post negative crap in a thread? Even if you don't want to help there is no reason to discourage others. Karma will remember you.
