He's dead since a long time. when you are a important person for any reason, you are on TV all the time, unless you're not alive... Everybody knows that but have no proofs. It it important for W. to give oil on the fire and leave the dude 'alive'. If not, there is almost no more excuses and the americans could leave his side...which is already the case...
