Buying A PHP or Ruby programmer

    Hi DPers! I'm looking for one to four programmers willing to work by the hour on a few of my projects. You MUST have prior experience.

    Just a few other things:
    - Must be able to include written documentation within the code
    - PM me your rates
    - If you also do graphic design, it is a plus
