A PHP Menu To Replace Frames

    I would like to create a PHP menu to replace the frameset above, which I find aestheticallky ugly and clunky.

    Here is my CSS file:

    What I am looking for is something as lovely as the php menu below:

    I would really appreciate your kind help with this. My skills are limited and my website is a modified version of a template I purchased online.

    My web host, Neutralweb, definitely supports PHP (4.4.1) and the latest MYSQL.

    I have read the basics of php include and php require programming at:

    I do understand the basics, but I don't really know how to do this on my website and how to replace my existing frame structure with php include (require).

    Can you help, please?

    and what exactly is a 'php' menu? just so that i know.. not quite sure what you want here...
