Buying A PHP expert

    I have a theme from a certain software (not wordpress) which I'm looking modify in a way that it will fit an iphone screen.

    Any PHP expert will be able to do that easy.

    I think you mean you want a [CSS] Designer not a PHP programmer, as this is more graphical than the coding backend, you may want to reconsider your threads title.
