Buying a php coder for 3 simple fixes for my site, done today :)

as the title says, looking for 3 simple fixes to be done on my site. they are:
1: layout of text needs to support formatting
2: titles may not contain symbols like: + etc..
3: chrome doesnt allow usersignup to work all other browsers do.
