I want to establish a rating website which people have the ability to rate their proffessor. I'm sute that you know many rating sites, which are working on hotels, schools, movies & ... . I want to have somthing similar to them without any important difference but the language ! i want to establish this website in a non-English language. Do you know any ready CMS or Script which works properly and with the ability of translating ? or do you know anyone who can write this script for me?
You can use Wordpress for this and you can use this rating plug-in http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gd-star-rating/ . I have used this several time and it saved me lot of time . You do not have built anything from scratch. you can just apply your css and make that work
