SEO on a forum is a touchy subject. Some argue that vB by default is SEO friendly, while others suggest things such as vBSEO or one of its free competitor's. Layout wise, there are a lot of forums. Seems like activity is happening in a lot of them though, so you should be okay. But if you see a chance to consolidate one, then I would suggest doing so. Design wise, I think it's simple, but does an effective job. Don't have too many comments on that aspect. Can't even begin to talk about comment You did a great job overall!
