    Why are you selling this site?
    I planned to change the name of my website. so I made a name and bought this domain, but I felt like my original name is much more better than this. now I don't know what to do with this domain, so I decided to sell this site and earn some cash.

    How is it monetized?
    I don't have ads on the site

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    yeah, google plus one. I have a business account in google plus made specifically for this.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    if you already have a host, just upload the files, use the domain with the host. it won't take that much long.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    no challenge. this domain doesn't have any black stains on it.
