Is it possible to get like a notepad in the user CP. Like sometimes I forget about things that I have too do on dp..For example, when I rent out sigs/ avatars, I always forget when the sale occurred..I know I can easily just make a word file, but it would be pretty neat to have something like that..Where you can just jot down what ever you need...Another example write down the names of members who you have bought from, to make sure the links are still there..Just an idea?
Not sure if EVERYONE would use this (problem there). I just use a notepad dedicated for DP (offline!)
Good Idea to keep a note of things happening in DP also note down when is the Signature Link Expiring and stuff but I don't think there is very much need for this thing The Wise Man Will Answer : Not Going To Happen
I keep notepad , to track down how many chicks DP has and what is their age group . Its hard to find chicks you know.
I clicked on the event reminders thing one time in the control panel hoping to find a place I could do what you're suggesting but I guess that feature isn't enabled. I agree it would be a handy way to keep track of stuff - I have the same problem. Lisa
Zero: Since there are only 4 signature links. What I do is bookmark the buyer's profile and mark (siglink expire: date) works easier that way!
hey 8everything, You are doing something illegel. wanaa know what? you are using 5 sig link. and dp only allow 4 Just kidding, lol
Usernotes is already an option in VB and I'm unsure if the staff are using them...but if they are not, then it can be a private matter (no one but the user can see them) that would make it so there is not an issue with spam.
Making your own notepad file is really just easy but I also think that having this options will be good. --Joe
You can use microsoft one.. you can have seveal organized pages This would take way too long because I have several transactions.. so I would need to browser through the pages
Without taking in the possible hassles it would cause for this site's admin, I too think it would be nice to have. I used one on an IPB forum last year and it was extremely handy. I can live without it, but I'm in favor of the idea
lol, last time I attempted to organize my purchases and sales that way it took me a whole day of browsing through pages of paypal transactions. Another idea, if you do most of your buying/selling at dp is to use the pm system to keep track. Make a folder or two ... "purchases" and "sales" maybe and then when you finalize the deal in pm, copy it to one of these sub folders The downside is the 90 day delete thing so you have to remember to back it up..... doesn't work for me but it's an idea. What works best for me.. is if you create a seperate folder and place your bookmarks in it Just name the bookmarks.. what whenever the sale expires and the sale's name as well
