A noob question

I couldn't figure where to post this but since it is related to blogging, I might as well post it here.

The question is this, I have 2 domains, 1 hosting plan which allows multiple domains. I installed wordpress for 1 of my domains. I'm currently using baby plan from hostgator. Now, using fantastico, if I want to start a new wordpress installation for my second domain, will it overwrite my current wordpress installation?

If it doesn't, how should I go about doing it? Assigning the 2nd domain to the 2nd wordpress or stuff.

    Thanks

It will not if you install them in separate folder, don't worry while using fantastico they wont be using the same folder for the installation of wordpress :D

I would just install it manually. But, you can simply select which domain to install it on. You can just use fantastico if you want. I just checked.

    hope that helps

Either way id go for a manual installation of wordpress, once you have done it a couple of times it becomes very easy and quick to install.
