a noob qns on clickbank

i just opened a account and had a few affiliate sites. if ever someone does really buy the product from my link, will i receive a E-mail from clickbank informing me that someone has gone through my affiliate link and bought a product or do i have to check in to clickbank regularly to check? thanks

 

You have to regulary check your account to verify if anyone buy a product from your links.

yes, clickbank don't send to you an e-mail if somebody purchase a product with your affiliate links.

 

Sad to say this, but sometime they did not even credited you for a purchase.

Not sure if the problem is on its side or the customers clearing cookies, which seems to be the tracking method.

Or perhaps it was because I use my affiliate link to purchase a product myself and track Clickbank's activity, not sure about being forbidden to purchase from yourself though

 

you are allowed to purchase through your own aff link.

if your aff name is at the bottom of the order page then you should be credited with the sale

 

Yeah, sure would be nice if they emailed when you had a sale so I don't have to check every 2.8 minutes
