Can anyone put a non US PayPal account on An US eBay Account? Does eBay require all US eBay seller accounts use US PayPal or not? Did anyone try this way?
Obviously, you need to have the same mailing address for both your Paypal and eBay accounts and as such there should not be any possibility for a non US Paypal account be used on a US eBay Account. If you are Paypal, how does it look to them ? It does shows that the account holder may be out to cheat others by providing fake details and information, no matter what your intentions are.
Well you can use an international billing and international account. The problem that you face is when you bid most sellers dont sell outside the United States - thats where you generally get in a fix. Regards
