keywords aren't easy to research... and google's adwords suggestions are definitely not the best way to find your the phrases you should use.

read that article I put up a few posts ago - that's pretty much the most effective way of doing keyword analysis.

As per my knowledge, Keywords never improve PR of any website.
The factors to improve the pr is:
Quality backlinks,
good inner link strategy in the website,
using of all on page techniques.
Keywords will generate the traffic, but not the pr.

 

And for keyword suggestions,
u can use google keyword suggestion tool at: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal.
Bcoz, this tool is now providing the number of searches also. And this is tool is of Google. We all are work to get the results in Google only. So, it is very better to use this tool.
