A New Wp Theme, Only Half done, looking for feedback before i continue

Hey, i am in the middle of making a new wordpress layout,

here is the basic scheme so far, looking for feedback on it before i continue,
main thing i need to know is what color shoudl be the background where the white is

i dont know if u guys think i should i will, what color should i put in the background

 

You may try to use the navy color for the background.

 

I have seen the Same Header somewhere, but I don't remember, Anyways do let us know when it is complete so far it looks "NOT BAD"

 

yeh thanks, when its done i will put it up for review again, i will try the navy blue in the background, cant do it now, at school
