A new website, when to insert Adsense?

I have a question. I am starting a new website and so far, it's been about 2 weeks since it is up and the traffic is constantly growing (currently 30 uniques per day). I have yet to slap any Adsense on it yet. The question is that when is the right time to start slapping them ads on the page?

I say put the ads in there right away. I guess it depends on your site and if you're selling other products or trying for repeat customers but I put Google on my sites right away.

It's ok with the TOS but 30 uniques per day will not generate $$.
IMHO, concentrate now on building traffic and links, and add adsense later.

agree with nabil - although monetization should not be an after-thought, it shouldn't be your entire focus either. Concentrate on writing good stuff that gets you regular readers, SEO stuff which will bring in the search-engine visitors, and overall appealing design and usability.

Then when all of those are in place, start thinking about blending in those ads. I wouldn't put ads up until I have at least 100 uniques a day.

I disagree. 30 uniques/day with great monetization skills will make money. Now, there was never any indication of what level of money. It might not make much, but it is a start.

I say put them on now. Be clever with where you put them and don't make the website look spammy and you will be fine.

It may not generate lots of $$, but now would be the time to start testing out different options to see what gives you the best CTR. that way when the real traffic starts pouring in (which will happen at some point it seems based on your current traffic) you will already have your ads optimized. Just my opinion...

Wait for a month. Incease your visits from 30 to 200. Keep on adding fresh and gr8 content. Then you can put adsense on your site.

Thanks for all the input guys. I am most likely going to wait another month or so or until I hit atleast 50 uniques a day before I put up Adsense. I know it won't gain much, but 50 is enough to experiment with placement.

I tested both, inserting later or immediately after the start and for me the last worked best. I found out that the relation between ads and visitors for a new sites doesn't depend too much on each other and you can safely start with adsense right after the launch of a new website.
But ofcourse it's based on my opinions on particular sites and for you it may not work.
