We should organize the websites for sale as:

    Established(6+ months old)
    Newly Started(<6 months old)
Turnkey(which have potential of earning XXXXXX)

as what I see now-a-days in BST section are mainly
    TOpic: Established Websites for sale...
Post:...have potential of earning $x,xxx per month or can easily earn $x,xxx upon advertising little more etc.

Similar is case of all other threads.

Web Hosting has lots of $1/year deals. Get them trashed and make a rule similar to WHT or FWS no such deals allowed.

The BST section, when I joined was pretty clean and minimal trash. The status today is, minimal useful posts, maximum trash.

Thank you inworx for your suggestions. I think we need something like this put in place.

A comment from a moderator would be appreciated.

    Thanks

I appreciate the idea, Notting, if not your exact suggestion for the numerous forums. Given the size of DP I believe getting one additional forum within the BST / Sites section, for sites under a sensible threshold price of approx. $100 - $150 is about the only realistic option (and even then I'm not sure it's a starter).

I would like to see a split of 'buying' and 'selling' in the links for sale section first. That seems to be the most messy. For the sites for sale section I think a good start would be dividing 'turnkey' and 'established'.
