Everyone who sells on Amazon knows good feedback and reviews are important. I found a site call Feedback More (http://www.associatesoft.com) that provide a windows application using MWS to send out email to your buyers to help you get more feedbacks. There are other competitors who charges a lot to do the same. This one is free. You just need an MWS account and a PC and a email account. Highly recommended.
