A new search for programmers - we have projects to do

    After my previous search for programmers, I received about 50 reactions. But because we have more projects to do than we have programmers currently, we ask once more to PM me with your information.

    What are we looking for;

    - PHP 4,5 knowledge
    - available via gtalk/jabber/skype/icq or another messenger
    - have time to work on projects

    In the previous search we found 35 programmers asking >= $10 / hour (ranging from $15-$30) and 15 programmers < $10. We are looking for a long-term relationship and contract and we are not interested in overpriced programmers, so please do not PM/respond if your hourly rate is over $10.
