I have this **** good idea but i need to discuss it in the masses, i am really not worried about someone stealing this idea because its very very complicated. I need reviews for it. It starts like this, Imagine a search engine that updates all of the time. and covers entire websites, not just parts of them. This search engine will show the true power or RSS, and computer/internet technology. Firs thing that needs to be done is an application made, that can be installed on a webserver, and it automatically has a crawler and recognizes what domains are installed on the webserver. This application makes a RSS feed on ONE page for the entire website, at domain.com/2jlk3j4l23j4l2j3lk2j.xml this will not take bandwidth from there website, because its a local crawler, if it is small, it will not take up much ram. I will be able to get people to install this on there webservers, because i will make this opensource on that part. The second thing that will be very complicated is a Custom Database, mysql is not good for this at all. This is what will happen, someone will submit there url, to the search engine, the engine will go ahead and visit that url, @ domain.com/2jlk3j4l23j4l2j3lk2j.xml Then it will create a rss tap into the cache, into a hashed string. The tricky part about this database is that as soon as the one website updates, the rss will update the cache, as soon as there website goes down and the rss is down. The cache is gone. It needs to break the strings down to integers, but the very complicated part about it is the updating. It should work by theory, but anything can happen. Now, you may be wondering how this will work with the rss, underneath each page, there will be the link from where the content was taken from. When someone submits the query, it looks through the database and displays it exactly how googles would display. the site searches would be more accurate, everything would be more accurate. Video search will even do good as well as image search because meta tags, describe what the videos and images are anyways. and that turns into the rss, for that thing. This is a very complicated idea, but it would work out in the long run. Please give me your reviews, on other approaches that can be done that will still accomplish the same thing. I mean just imagine, no more old caches, all fully up to date I will probaly be setting up referral deal as well money for each server this is installed on. -John
