On facebook offical page -Fb denied all these rumors & said fb will always remain the unpaid for every one. So no worry.This type of rumors also came with orkut i remember. Anyways it all counts positive for fb right now.

If Facebook were to charge fees for accounts, their 750 million users would pretty much disappear, and Mark Zuckerberg's empire would collapse.

This. Facebook will not be charging. This (and related posts) are fake. If Facebook (or any big website like that) was going to charge, it would be announced, and not a surprise.
Facebook will never charge any user for using it.......if they does they will loose huge ammount of users, and google + will gain those automatically....
It's insane to think FB would charge. They have everything they need right now, including tons of income.
