A new paid/recip directory

    Hi

    Finally we launched http://www.resource-index.net/ web directory.
    It's general and we just accept high quality websites.

    Options are featured, regular, and reciprocal.

    There are also 7 spot for sponsored links, and we are highly optimizing it,
    it probably will have a PR4 by Jan Google update (if not 5).
