I would change the design of You are Unregistered ... notice.
I would write it red or orange color

Haver, you think the floating message should be in red ?

"You are Unregistered, please register to gain Full access."

 

I like the looks of the site but the floating sign is a bit annoying. I suppose it goes away after you register. But that's just me. I don't like things hovering over the content when I am trying to see what a site is about. It makes me want to run away.

 

Nice forum site and the designs are also good. I satisfy with your header. There is no need for the website name (www.SymbianGalaxy.org) displayed in top right corner of header.

I agree that the floating banner is annoying. The overall layout is clean and pleasant.
