    Well, since everybody seems to LOVE (literally LOVE) your site judging based on their comments, I will add a little bit of bitterness to it.

    The site looks decent but not AWESOME. (I guess its my personal sense of taste) Still decent means good not bad, so don't get confused.

    The menu font is just to small. I had to wear my glasses which I don't use at all to read the sub categories.

    Try to find a better spot for "Email Customer Support" & "Locate a Retailer" unless it was your intention that people couldn't find those two tiny links. Change its color cos it blends with the background.

    Apart from that the site, as for a business site, is OK. It kind of loads slowly but I guess you can't do much about it.
