If you have a list of directories you'd like to add, just post them here and I'll put them in the approval queue.

    Glad you found it helpful!

If you like it please support it by blogging about it or telling a friend.

I want to promote a forum, but dont have the option to add files to it. Why would someone promote a website that wasnt theirs anyway, the validation of a website seems a bit silly.

    Hi blakeyuk,

I validated your site for you ;)

Try it now and let me know if you have any issues.

Also, if anybody else is having trouble validating their sites let me know and I can help.

I made a couple changes to DIRZAP to get it to run a faster. In fact, it should run almost twice as fast in the best case.

    Here are the changes:

    1. After you submit to a directory the software will attempt to determine if the submission was successful. If it was, you will be immediately redirected to the next directory. You only have to wait for the submission result page to come back if the submission didn't work.

    2. I stopped using AdBrite and started serving up the ads from my own server. This was a minor change that had more to do with AdBrite showing interstitials when I didn't want them, but the side effect is faster loading pages.

Look for more changes coming soon...

WageRank, This is great! Thanks so much for sharing! This is a great place to get feedback (as you've noticed) ;) I'd like to return the favor of this fabulous tool by giving you input. Would you prefer that be done here or in the dirzap forum?

    Hi discorati,

I saw the problems you were having on the DIRZAP forum and I think I have worked them out. Will you please see if you're still having the same issues?

I'm glad you like the tool.

Yeah i have tried this but i thinkn digXMAS is more reliable and less time talking as compare to it ! as it can only show you one page and then to the other . but in case of digi you are free for 3 pages at a time and submiting on three one by one ... lol yeah

    Hey everyone,

Just wanted to tell everyone that I have made the following updates to DIRZAP:

    1. You can now see the directories that you've submitted to and skipped for each site. From "My Sites" click on one of your site's URLs. On this page you will see that the number of directories that you've submitted to and skipped are now hyperlinks.

    2. On the new page that shows the directories you've submitted to I have included a link to the category page where you submitted your site. This should help you keep track of the directories that have included your links.

Let me know what you think!

I've registered for access to take a look at what sounds to be a fun and free (for users) project. Many thanks. .. Interesting disclaimer  . I never seem to understand the basic hoo ha.

henryzeng, it's "normal" in that I've seen that happen to me too, but it's a bug more than anything. It stopped happening to me when I chose "Forever" as the length to remain logged in.

JoyGoRound, yeah, I hate disclaimers and legal stuff, but figured I should put one up there just to protect myself. You can never be too careful in this day and age.
