Alright im looking to sell a site that very Niche specific and has a great community,

what im selling is a movie site forum Vbulltien to be exact, i have the license and its still under support

To Monetize it i Use banner ads and Interstitial ads. About $15-20 daily
And a Plus IS The donation factor. community is very generously usually donations alone i rake in a extra 300 a month

A Better Way to Monetize it Is to Use CPA to lock the content, You Can make A Easy 200-500 a day easy. you probably asking why i don't do this, people who do cpa know no easy task to pass the application status. phone calls necessary and basically i know nothing about CPA other then What i have Been reading But now That I got My Job back I don't have the time now since im back employed. Created this site while unemployed as a hobby cause i actually enjoy this niche. Now Back to My Life. The Money Possibility Is Their i just am not gonna put the effort in basically.
