I have been given an assignment to collect different "words" and "sentences" in English from different countries and nations; that how a mother (or parents) responds OR talks to her newly child, for example mother talking to child.. "sho shweeeet..." "oh my dear sweat son..." please list as many sentences that you have heard/seen mothers talking in English in YOUR country and please list the name of the country from where those sentences belong.. this is only for native english speakers...
It's 'sweet', not 'sweat' Don't they often say something like "Goochey Goochey Goo!" Maybe if you do some research on 'baby talk' it'll give you some helpful information. Good luck!
