    Yes. For my website forum.wedost.com no PR Change till now but got the PR Change for the link forum.wedost.com/index.php. It is moved from 0 to 1. waiting for the main URL to get more PR :)

    I think it is minor update in the sense that only website with N/A and website that Google have removed the PR from are updated. Lots of website with N/A are updated to PR0 or PR1 as the case may be and some website that Google have removed PR from got there PR back.

    At a guess I'd say Google thinks your large site has an unnatural link profile and has penalised you accordingly.

    Or like everyone's saying it's only a minor update and not everyone's been covered.
