A million page impressions daily, but low eCPM?

I have a site related to online gaming that has a million page impressions daily, but I am only getting about $90-100 daily on average. My eCPM is fairly low, and I have already blocked 100 "bad" sites in the ad filter.

I think my placement is alright, located at the bottom of my navbar (as I already have other banner ads contracted by other advertisers), and at the top and bottom of the content pages. I don't know if I should try putting an ad in between the content as it may be irritating/annoying to the visitors.

Any ideas? Or is this fairly normal for an online gaming site?

not high click amounts in the gaming niche. trying selling stuff. youll make 10x more than adsense. check out cj.com, im sure they got a lot of stuff gamers would enjoy buying.

Or you can sell impressions to other advertising services who care about how many page views your site makes.

i did some with with CJ..i didnt find it anything good..people just click go away but dont buy anything..

in the end you loose visitors..perhaps possible visitor who could have clicked on adsense instead of that CJ ad and in the end you loose money and visitor both.

If your visitor click on the ads but dont buy , take a program which pays per click(of course game related).
