Buying a managed offshore vps for my image hosting

    i want a small vps that accepts warez and adult to start with for my image hosting and a few wp blogs the specs are :

    30 GB HD
    200 GB BW
    256 MB RAM
    Cpanel

    my price is 16 $

    impossible to find cpanel VPS, because only cpanel cost you $15

    OK...

    1) Youll need to double your budget. As IBoot said, cpanel license is only $15.
    2) Managed Vps are always more expensive than unmanaged.
    3) If youre planning to serve images, i recommend you to get more RAM. Moreover its recommended to have at least 500MB RAM and 700MB or Burstable RAM for running cpanel smothly.
    4) Your Bandwidth requirements for a Image Hosting are not good. Youll need at least 500gb for starting.
